Closed except when a performance is scheduled, the Box Office will open 2 hours prior to curtain until 15 minutes after the curtain time of the last performance.
No service charges.
Debit card and major credit cards accepted.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in any amount. NAC gift cards may be exchanged at the National Arts Centre Box Office for tickets for any performance or at le cafe for a meal. They can be ordered in person at the Box Office, by fax, or by mail. To fax your order send it to (613) 947-7112, include your name, address, telephone number, dollar amount for gift cards, with credit card number and expiry date.

A service charge of $2 is applied to orders of $99 or less and a $5 service charge to orders of $100 and over. Gift cards will be mailed registered mail to the address of your choice.
